Yannis Yamvilis (pseudonym of Nikos Pantelidis) was a soap manufacturer based in Egypt and a close friend of the writer Stratis Tsirkas. He published his collection of short stories, To Limani (The Port), using Latin characters. Among the stories, one titled “P 354” stands out as a unique, psychedelic narrative, and is considered a pioneering example that influenced the emergence of the Greek “Altered States” literary genre.
