Spyros Papaloukas (Greek: Σπύρος Παπαλουκάς; 1892 – 1957) was a renowned 20th-century Greek painter. He mainly painted landscapes, although he also created portraits, nudes, interiors and still lives as well as religious frescoes throughout his artistic career. He was very familiar with the artistic trends and artists of his time (Cézanne, etc.), but also with ancient and Byzantine art, which influenced him
