Nikos Gialouris (1928-2003) was a Greek painter, engraver, writer, illustrator of fairy tales and poet from Chios. The bond of the artist with his birthplace is felt by the extensive Chios thematics. The visual work of N. Gialouris includes minimal oil paintings, acrylic watercolors, oil pastels and a large number of engravings.
