Stathis Petropoulos, Galaxidi I, Signed & Numbered Limited Edition Print (78/100)

295.00

An elegant signed and numbered limited edition print by the distinguished Greek painter Stathis Petropoulos (1944–2008), titled “Galaxidi I.”

This atmospheric panoramic composition depicts the historic coastal town of Galaxidi, one of Greece’s best-preserved maritime settlements. Traditional neoclassical houses unfold along the shoreline beneath a luminous Mediterranean sky, rendered in Petropoulos’ characteristic palette of subtle tones and delicate light.

Executed in the artist’s distinctive style, the composition combines architectural precision with a quiet, nostalgic atmosphere. The soft, mist-like background isolates the historic buildings from their surroundings, creating a timeless vision of the Greek landscape that has become one of the hallmarks of Petropoulos’ work.

The print is hand-signed in pencil by the artist and numbered 78/100, and is professionally presented in an elegant museum-quality double passe-partout, enhancing its striking panoramic format and making it ready for framing.
