About the Author
Pavlos Nirvanas (pseudonym of Petros K. Apostolidis) was a major figure in modern Greek literature. He maintained close ties with prominent writers such as Ioannis Kondylakis, Grigorios Xenopoulos, and Alexandros Papadiamantis, and is often associated with the broader literary circle of Kostis Palamas.

He was awarded the Excellence in Letters and Arts in 1923 and elected to the Academy of Athens in 1928, confirming his importance in the Greek literary canon.
