Dinos Siotis (born 1944) is a Greek poet, journalist and publisher of literary magazines. He is a journalist at the Ministry of Press. Siotis studied Law at the University of Athens and Comparative Literature at San Francisco State University. In America and Canada, where he lived from 1971 to 1989 and from 1997 to 2004, he worked as a journalist for newspapers, magazines and as a Press Counselor at the Greek Embassy in Ottawa and the Greek Consulates in San Francisco, New York and Boston. From 1976 to 2004 he was also the director of the Wire Press publishing house. He has lectured and organized and participated in workshops, conferences and symposia on Greek literature and culture in Europe and North America. From 1971 until today, Siotis has organized around 600 events in the USA, Canada and Greece about Greek letters. He has published, in Greek and English, 13 political and literary magazines, 26 collections of poetry (three in English and one in French), a novel, a novella and a collection of short stories.
