A very rare and historically important first edition of Πάλι (Pali), Issue 4 (Summer 1965), one of the most influential Greek avant-garde literary and arts magazines of the 1960s — with exceptional provenance linked to artist Alexis Akrithakis.
Provenance
This copy belonged to Alexis Akrithakis (1939–1994), one of the most distinctive Greek postwar artists.

Akrithakis handwrote his name on the front cover (ownership inscription).

On the back cover, he handwrote the name of Benjamin Péret (1899–1959) — the French Dadaist poet and a founding figure of Surrealism — highlighting a conceptual link to the international Surrealist movement that deeply shaped Πάλι.

Published between 1964–1966, Πάλι connected Greek postwar modernism with international avant-garde movements including Surrealism and Beat literature.
Contributors include: André Breton, Benjamin Péret, Allen Ginsberg, Andreas Embirikos, Nikos Engonopoulos, Alekos Fassianos, Yiannis Tsarouchis, and others.
Only six issues were printed, making original copies scarce and highly collectable.
